    Hi there,

In August last year we discovered we can not edit posts that have the FAQ short-code in them. The soft-code was added long ago, when we first implemented your plugin.

This screenshot shows what occurs: https://ibb.co/BHMkXyDq

The plugin still works fine on the front-end of the site. However, we have to disable it in order to edit any posts in which the short-code is present.

What do you suggest we do to sort this out?

    Thanks,

    Jonathan

I can confirm the issue occurs even when all other plugins are disabled.

The related error I see in the logs is:

I can also confirm it occurs when our parent theme (as opposed to our child theme, which has custom code in the functions.php, is activated. The theme is Divi.

    Hi,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Would it be possible for you to disable the custom code in the functions.php and recheck?

    Best regards,

    Usman
