Plugin Breaking my site on Mobile

So i installed this plugin and was very happy with it to begin with. I have since disabled the notification bar on my website but as i was navigating page to page it was still flashing up for a couple of seconds and then vanishing! Today i have been informed that this has broken my website, when a user hits the back button on mobile the ‘page’ they go back to is a white page and it just displays the text from the notification which i had since disabled and deactivated in WP. This is not a local caching issue as it is happening with every user, this is a new site too.
So i tried to Delete the plugin and the old notification still remains! I then re-installed the plugin and all this does is just push down the previous ghost notification! argh! how do i get this off my site?!!?!
