I have the same issue! Though only on mobile devices, desktop browsers have no issues. I have deactivated the plugin, after that the website works normally again.
Same here, when I deactivate the plugin, the website works normally again. I hope they respond with a solution soon. I may switch to WP Rocket. It doesn’t get the improvement on scores with websites like Pingdom and GT Metrix, but supposedly those scores are not really valid anyway. I’m hearing that we should ignore the satisfaction and obsession with getting that A rating, and focus on the actual load/speed time we get when clicking through the websites. I hear WP Rocket does just that. I was very happy though with the results with this plugin, if it would just work. 😛

Let me know if you guys still facing any issues it will help to make plugin more better and user friendly.
Since I got no reply (it has been 2 months!) I have removed the plugin and I am not willing to try it again any time soon.
I think synergy777 has explained the issue well enough for you to try and solve the issue.

Sorry for you that you not received quick reply last time!
Presently we have 3K+ live installations of plugin and I regularly test plugin for any error in code but after redoing whole test all working fine at my end and i think it is true for others as well who currently using present plugin.
Problem you guys faced must be associated with some theme or plugin files compatibility issue with this plugin and you currently not using plugin so I can not check for this compatibility issue.
So I am marking this resolved for now. If you try this plugin in future and face any problem create a new topic I will very happy to assist on this.
