Plugin breaks custom taxonomy archive url

    I use latest version of WP and of the plugin.
    For the CPT custom permalink – it works fine, but it breaks cutom taxonomies archive.
    I unchecked the checkbox of “Use custom permalink of custom taxonomy archive”

    Problem: When browsing to a term of custom taxonomy archive, i.e. for taxonomy subject and term protest, the url domain.com/subject/protest is leading to the homepage. When disabling the plugin, that url works fine as expecred.
