Plugin breaks editing Woocommerce Product Data

    Hi,

    I’m trying to configure Open Tickets. But once I activate the plugin I’m not able to edit Product data in my Woocommerce products anymore. Is this a common problem and is there a solution? I’m using the newest version of Worpress/Woocommerce and OpenTickets.

    I had the same problem..
    I was very hopeful that this plugin would do what our non-profit needed. However with the latest versions available (on 15/09/2019) of WordPress and WooCommerce installed this plugin rendered the WooCommerce data input useless. I also don’t have the Gutenburg plugins installed. None of the data fields were selectable and the product data type and price fields were invisible. When I deactivated the Open Ticket for Communities plugin the WooCommerce Product data fields were then visible and selectable again. Reactivated the Open Ticket plugin again and then they were not working again in WooCommerce. Deactivated Open Ticket permanently now.
