Plugin breaks image widget add media

When activated, the plugin breaks adding media to the standard image block in widgets. The media library doesn’t load, there is are elements of it under the black admin menu bar down the left side.
Wordpress 5.9.1, PHP7.4, also with PHP8.
Disabled all plugins one by one until found that this plugin is the cause. Errors in the developer console.
