When the plugin is active on this WP installation: https://stjohnscc.org/ it breaks my menu. None of my submenu items are visible. Major issue for my client. Anyone else encountering this problem?

No reports of similar issues that we’ve seen on the forums here. Is the plugin currently active or was it deactivated for the time being? Would you be willing to grant us elevated access to debug directly, if it comes to that need?

It is still installed, but inactive at this point. I can give you elevated access if need be. I went ahead and used an embedded form from the client’s CC account instead of using the plugin.

We’d love to still be granted the access in case this is a bug that could affect others, and we could prevent ahead of time.

Please email us at [email protected] and provide a link to this forum thread so we can keep things organized with what emails refer to what support requests.

Understood on using the embedded form in the meantime, as long as you’re able to receive signups at the moment.

    Thanks.

Circling back for anyone showing up at this thread.

Issue was determined to be some issues with W3 Total Cache settings and javascript powered dropdowns. The dropdowns were somehow losing their JS event handlers.
