    Hi,

The current version of the plugin doesn’t work well with the newest version of WordPress – when you call /wp-admin/options-discussion.php you get a critical error (Error 500 / denied). Not sure how long this problem has been around, just noticed it today. Deactivating the plugin will make the error go away.

    Hello 👋🏽,

Thanks for reaching out. I tested the URL you mentioned on both an existing site and a fresh WordPress installation, but wasn’t able to reproduce the error. It’s possible that another plugin/theme on your site is conflicting with ProfilePress.

Please open a support ticket here so we can take a closer look and help you resolve the issue.

    Regards

The error code references WP User Avatar Pro. We can not provide support for a paid plugin on the ww.wp.xz.cn support forum. Please open a support ticket here, and we can troubleshoot this further.

    Regards
