Plugin breaks payment option loading

The Payment methods on the checkout page don´t load because of this error:
POST https://melflair.de/?wc-ajax=update_order_review 500 (Internal Server Error)
I started deactivating plugins and when deactivating wp html or WP HTML Mail – WooCommerce the checkout loaded right. Server Log file shows this line over and over:
