Hey there, @jspecht4, I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with Hustle.
I was wondering if you could please provide more details about this, for example, the URL where you’re having this issue, the elements that you have created with Hustle.
I am asking this because I have installed it on a test site but I’m not getting any issues.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
Jorge
Hi Jorge,
Thanks for reaching back to me.
Here is a link to see the issue I am getting. I am using google chrome. You can see the sidebar widget filters are no longer working.
https://ejddev.wpengine.com/product-category/shop-all-ejuice/
The element that I am using is the Pop-up feature. This test environment is the same as production.
When I remove the Hustle plugin, the sidebar filters go back to working and when I turn the plugin back on it breaks and input an error in the console.
Let me know if you need more information. It is a nice plugin that I hope can get working again.
Thanks,
Justin
Hi @jspecht4,
Thank you for providing this information. I do notice the error you mentioned is originated from an asset file of WooCommerce: https://snipboard.io/kWlPm3.jpg
Could you confirm that the WooCommerce plugin is updated as well as other plugins and theme to their latest version?
Do you also have any optimization plugins installed that can affect JS or CSS files? if so, please try to purge all cache on these or temporarily deactivate the optimization and verify if the issue persist.
Best,
Jonathan S
