Hi. I mahev the pro edition. My site is broken so I can’t “update” please email me instructions to download and install the plugin FTP to Amy site. I know how to log into my ftp but I do not know how to recover this critical error. I sent you email. Thanks.

I found my pro download link so I have re-downloaded the plugin and it says 7.0.2 in the readme. What is the procedure when I put in on the website that has a critical error?

    Hello @ajtruckle

    Please do the following:

    1) Login to your website’s file system via FTP
    2) Delete the plugin’s directory (it is /wp-content/plugins/advanced-nocaptcha-and-invisible-captcha-pro/)
    3) Log in to the website
    4) Install the new version of the plugin.

I hope the above helps. By the way for Premium edition support please email us at [email protected]. We cannot support you via this forum.
