Plugin broken

Plugin not working. When I go to edit any page I get this message:

Failed to load plugin url: https://apparentproject.org/wp-content/plugins/timeline-express/lib/admin/js/min/timeline-express-tinymce.min.js

The plugin shortcode on page https://apparentproject.org/our-story/ does not work.

In addition, the plugin icon on the dashboard is missing.
