Plugin broken due to API changes

This plugin appears to be broken due to changes in the Constant Contact API. At the moment, requests time out before completion.
The plugin is using http://ccprod.roving.com/roving/wdk/API_AddSiteVisitor.jsp for the add subscriber URL which, if visited directly, informs you of the following:
HTTP Status 410 – This signup form method has been retired. Please contact the website admin for help. Refer to http://knowledgebase.constantcontact.com/articles/KnowledgeBase/6182-embeddable-sign-up-forms and http://developer.constantcontact.com for newer signup methods.
