[Plugin: CaPa Protect] Doesn't work with registered user roles

Pulled apart the plugin and noticed only the default user roles are available for setting permissions. I just want to block pages for some user roles I created. I wasn’t going to use the whole plugin anyway, just wanted to see how you went about blocking pages for roles. I think it would be a great improvement for non-technical users in the future to add the ability to filter these items based on all users; custom and default.
