• Shortly after updating to the latest version of the Cart66 plugin, I noticed I’m getting 404 Not Found errors on all the pages for my products.

    These were working fine before. It is possible I don’t have something set up correctly as we have not started using the shopping cart.

    Any idea what might have caused the products to now return 404 errors? Even if I try to go into edit an item in the Products section (below Posts) and select Preview, it returns a 404 error.

    This issue is likely a result of the Cart66 pages being either removed, trashed, or modified in their hierarchical structure. Please refer to this screenshot for the proper setup of Cart66 pages: http://d.pr/i/i96G Please also note, that should the page slugs (/store, /cart, etc.) be modified, Cart66 will not function properly. Lastly, all these pages must have a “Published” status, save the Mijireh Checkout page, which should be “Private.”

    I checked the pages. All match, all are published on 2012/01/30, except the Mijireh checkout page which is private and dated 2012/04/06. The permalink setting is: /%category%/%postname%/. I don’t believe I’ve done anything to the site except plugin/WordPress updates that might have affected these pages/slugs.

    Any other suggestions/thoughts?

    Off hand, I don’t have any suggestions. I would need to take a look at your site and Cart66 installation to troubleshoot.
