[Plugin: Category Subscriptions] Breaks Simple Local Avatar plugin

Hi,

I really like the simplicity of the plugin compared to others with the same functionality 🙂

Two questions/ remarks:

1) It seems to break the Simple Local Avatar (http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/simple-local-avatars/) plugin…I wasn’t able to figure out why. Can somebody please help?

2) Is this plugin still actively developed?
