when that issue happens, if you don’t do anything , but purge all , does it return to normal ?

or it just start to happen immediately after you enable plugin ?

    hi

I had the plugin long ago but to be honest I do t know when the this page was dysfunctional ! I got a note from customer who was trying to purchase using his mobile, the page variable options function well on a desktop but the problem is on the mobile. I sent a report to woocommerce who advised it’s a JavaScript and CSS optimization issue , who advised to put these option off or disable the entire plugin to solve the issue. It was solved by only disabling the plugin.

    Awaiting your response

    Thanks

okay , that sounds like JS or CSS related issue

please go to Page Optm -> JS option and CSS option , set them all off, purge all , and see how it goes

okay , let’s try a more old fashion way , please go to toolbox -> import/export -> reset to default setting, see how it goes on default

ok but the options of the plugin was setup by my developer , how can I return them back after the reset ?

in that page, there is a button called “export” , that will export conf to file you can save to your local computer, then later on , if needed, import back in again.

    hi,

The problem is resolved after resetting to default, so what is next,?

just to let you know I had this message in my dashboard for a while now ““”liteSpeed Cache: QUIC.cloud service nodes cannot reach your WP REST endpoints. Please check your WordPress or firewall setup. Check your QUIC.cloud dashboard for more details.”

not sure if this error contributes to the current problem

then this indicates the issue was caused by one of the option you enabled before , now please import back , and disable options one by one , see which one causes it , then we will see what to do next.

no , that’s different issue , should not related to this variable product selection thing.
