Plugin causes crashes apache – max. execution time exceeded

    I’m running WordPress version 3.9.1 and phpBB version 3.0.12. Website and forum separately run correctly on my Windows localhost. When I connect WordPress with phpBB get a number of errors and apache crashes. Errors I receive relate to the script css-magic.php on line 711,

    I also tried an older version of phpBB 3.0.11 but the effect is the same.
