Yes this is correct. You need the pro version of BP WC Vendors if you use the WC Vendors Pro version. The free version only works with the free version of WC Vendors and does not integrate any pro tabs or functionality.

Looking into buying it now – Do I need the Starter or Pro in order to show the tabs?
Cannot understand from your site what the differences are between the subscriptions except for level of support
Site states ‘All Pro Tabs Supported’ but nowhere does it show what these pro tabs are
Do you have a demo vendor site for me to look at please? Or a money back guaruntee should I not be happy with the plugin?

Just purchased plugin and received the receipt email but not the email containing the plugin’s download link, license key, and installation instructions.
Can you please advise as I have now also clicked the resend button 3 times and received no further emails
I have now sent a message via your site contact form and ub reply to the receipt email – Still no plugin though!
