Plugin causes Rapid Mailer issues

    Hi, I installed the plugin about a week ago which works really well. Unfortunately autoresponder emails sent out by the plugin Rapid Mailer, always say FROM: WordPress instead of from the senders address intended.

    Rapid Mailer took a look at the problem and say its a Wp support plus plugin issue.

    I don’t know if it is because their plugin is not compatible with yours or if yours is not compatible with their plugin.

    Do you have any thoughts on this please.

    Hi Peter,

    Yes it is WP Support Plus thing not Rapid Mailer. You don’t have settings in free version to set from name and from email.

    I suggest you to upgrade to pro where you can set these settings.
