Plugin causes widgets visibility to be unstable

After last update I experience strange things are happening
Some widgets from a variety of plugins do not display in the front end while I am logged in as an admin I can see them perfectly while in the editing side but they do not appear or do not function in the front end. If I am logged out it display perfectly in the front end!
The issue appears with displaying:
ninja forms – both from short code or wordpress widget, Livemesh testimonials and Happyaddons effects.While testing I have recreated some of the effected elements on some pages; in the case of Livemesh testimonials it resolved the issue, but no change with Happyaddons effects or ninja forms.
