Plugin Causing 500 Internal Server Error on Multi-site

Hello,

I run a multi-site set up, since last week when the plugin is active it causes a 500 Internal Server Error on all the sites in the network – aside from the main root site itself.

When I disable the plugin functionality returns to normal. It is worth noting that the website uses Cloudflare – is there something in the most recent update that is causing it to timeout or cause a server error?

More than happy to provide more information if needed.

@owen2 I am about to release an update that resolves some performance issues related to IP Address detection and Cloudflare.

Would you be interested to test the update and see if it resolves your issue also?

@geminilabs thanks so much for your replies, apologies for the slow reply at my end – I updated to v4.2.0 this evening but still am getting the 500 internal server error issue as before.

Please use the “Contact Support” section on the Site Reviews Help page to contact me directly. Make sure to include the console and the system info report as directed.

If possible, it would also help to include any server error logs if you can provide them.

@owen2 Please also try removing the “schema” option from your shortcodes and see if that is causing the issue.
