Plugin Causing A Database Erro

Hello!
I am using AdRotate on my site and it is causing my site issues. The plugin won’t allow me to access my dashboard and causing a database error. I had this confirmed by a developer. I removed it and my site worked fine and then I re-installed and it causes the problem again. I have updated to the lastest update.
