Plugin causing checkout errors and duplicate orders

Some of our sites using this plugin started having issues with duplicate orders coming through. We deactivated the plugin, and the duplicate orders stopped occurring. We re-enabled this plugin and the duplicate orders have started occurring again.
The customers are attempting to place their order, and are met with an error message on the checkout page: https://snipboard.io/aM0CWn.jpg The customer thinks their order has not gone through, but in reality, it has and they’ve been charged. The customer will then attempt to order again, and sometimes three times, one of which will finally be successful.
We’ve found a potential plugin conflict between this plugin and Print Invoice & Delivery Notes for WooCommerce. When these plugins are deactivated, the duplicate orders and errors at checkout stop occurring. Anyone else experiencing anything like this?
