    Hi blushmarketingonline,

I develop on chrome so I know the latest version does work in the browser, but there could be some underlying conflicts that your experiencing. Could be javascript related or even CSS related however that would generally be consistent across all browsers.

Are you able to provide the link to where the menu is disappearing as by looking at it, I may be able to pin point what the issue may be?

An ‘off-the-cuff’ guess would be that you have an advert above the menu and Chrome is dealing with CSS different to that of the other browsers (generally an overflow issue in that case) where the container with the advert is actually going over the top of the menu.

I look forward to hearing from you

Thank you for your response Ash. That does make sense but can you still look at the site: http://www.spearfishchamber.org – thanks!

    Hey.

I can see the menu, but I can also see that there is a space for a missing advert. Could you please activate the plugin so I can see the issue itself?

The plugin is currently active. Is there a way to send you screen shots of what we were seeing today?

    Hey,

Sorry for the delay. Yes, if you would like to continue this via email, please use the email address listed in the AdKingPro settings area. You can send your screenshots to there. Please keep in mind though that it will be much harder for me to determine what the cause is by looking at a screenshot. It would be best to have access to the page when the plugin is active (I just checked the page then but can understand that you would have disabled it to make sure your visitors had the menu).

I look forward to receiving you email.

Given this was a month ago, I’m assuming that you sorted this out. Marking as resolved to clean up the forum. If you have any further issues, please don’t hesitate to reopen the topic or start a new one.

Further details from offline chats for searching purposes: was not able to replicate at my end on either PC or MAC and assumed that it was a local issue.
