Hi @onarye,
Thank you for providing the troubleshooting details.
Could you please specify where you are encountering the 500 Internal Server Error?
Is it occurring on the frontend of your website, within the WordPress admin dashboard, or on a specific page related to our plugin?

Hi,
It’s on the front-end, more frequent on /ar pages.

Hi @onarye,.
Our plugin does not implement any frontend redirects itself. However, 500 errors and redirect loops can sometimes arise from conflicts between plugins or with specific server configurations.
A common way to identify the source of such issues is to perform a conflict test. I would suggest trying to temporarily deactivate all your other plugins one by one, and check if the error persists after each deactivation. This can help pinpoint if another plugin is interacting in an unexpected way or causing a conflict.
Please let us know what you find.
Best regards,
