Plugin causing site to crash

    I just tried installing Bestazon on chandrakclarke.com and I had to disable it because it is causing the site to crash in both firefox and chrome. I’m running the latest version of WP.

    Sorry to hear that you are facing problems.

    Can you please detail what exactly is happening when you install the plugin – do you see any warnings? ALso, what exactly happens to your site – you have mentioned “crashes”. Finally, did you try disabling other plugins one by one and check if things change?

    Hi – when the plugin is active, and I try to visit the site, the page starts loading very slowly and then eventually crashes the browser. This may be due to a conflict with Light Speed Cache, as I’ve tried running it on another site without that plugin and didn’t have the problem (the other site uses Varnish)

    I see.. thanks for the clarification. This is very useful.

    Can you please try the plugin after disabling LiteSpeed Cache Plugin? Certain caching plugins can conflict with our plugin.

    We understand its not a permanent solution and will try to find a better one once you confirm the conflict (i.e. if things are fine without the litespeed plugin)

    Hi all,

    I’ve quite the same problem when activating the Amazon Link on my Wp.
    The problem is that at a certain point (while running for activating) it crashes (white page).
    The site still works but the admin panel is not. When I try to access the wp-admin it crashes (white page).
    No relevant information from log error file 🙁
    Can you please help me?
    P.S.
    Wordpress version is 4.4.1

    Can you provide your site url?

    Also, it’s better to open your own topic inst3ad of a thread that’s already resolved. That helps keep issues separate.

    I just checked the website – it does not seem like that BestAzon plugin is installed on this site (check view-source:http://www.webnews.it/)

    Are you sure you installed BestAzon plugin?

    Also, do you have access to the backend now? If yes, we will need the admin access to solve this for you.
