Hi @sam1215, thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you’re seeing a display issue.

I have taken a look at your site and it seems like the “Shop New Arrivals” section is perhaps a widget or plugin inserted to display these particular items. In this case, it’s likely a case for Wordfence’s Learning Mode to normalise an action that is getting mistakenly flagged as insecure.

From the Wordfence Dashboard click on Manage WAF. Then you will see Basic Firewall Options > Web Application Firewall Status. Change the option to Learning Mode. Now visit the homepage, which should load it normally. This will help Wordfence learn that actions on this page are normal and it will allow them in the future. After you have finished, switch the WAF from Learning Mode back to Enabled and Protecting. Now test to see if the homepage is working correctly again.

    Thanks,

    Peter.

I did what you told me be the problem is still not fix. I disabled it as well and still having the same issues. So now I’m back on learning mode.

I try to deactivate it and now this came up… There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

Okay, I have this issue fixed now. I did not realize that I have had two plugins that were creating this error. Thank you for your assistance with this. It was two caching plugins. Everything seems to be running now.

Hi @sam1215, that’s great news. I will bear this solution in mind as caching is often a possible check but as it was a single page section, looked like it could be a block instead.

    Glad you’re back on track,

    Peter.

We’re having similar issue. We have wp-rocket, cloudflare and wordfence. Even we changed wordfence to learning mode, we’re still see the “There has been a critical error on this website.”
when exit to Dashboard from Elementor page builder.

When de-activated both wp-rocket and wordfence, the error will go away. We suspect this issue could be related to caching in our plugin. The Cloudflare caching also adds addition complexity to this issue.

    Any recommendation?
