Plugin changes sort order of posts

    I have an internal only site. I need to restrict access to certain pages. I installed and activated this plugin. It does work as I need it to with one bug. I have custom page templates that display pages in certain categories/taxonomies, and they are sorted a specific way. When I install this plugin it completely reverses numerical sorts and randomizes alphabetical sorts.

    Is the plugin deactivating custom fields?
