With due respect, actually, we are a little confused as we can see that you created the ticket for the HT Mega plugin without including HT Mega in the list you shared.
For your kind information, we haven’t encountered any such issue you mentioned after testing HT Mega plugin thoroughly while enabling the menu builder extension. Also, the issue wasn’t noticeable to us while checking the HT Menu plugin.

They exact name of the plugin is: HT Mega – Absolute Addons for Elementor Page Builder
I have managed to resolve the problem, I went the plugin settings > Elements. I then disabled all elements except the ones I needed. This has resolved the issue it seems
