[Plugin: CloudFlare] An option to disable database optimization reminding

Hello developers,
There must be an option to disable database optimization reminding. For this single reason I disabled this plugin in all my sites because it popups and ask all my admins to optimize database.

We are optimizing databases weekly using cronjobs in Debian and don’t need this reminding which irritate us.
