[Plugin: CMS Tree Page View] Inherit notification

I recently migrated my WPDB to a new installation and now there is an orange icon next to each page labeled Inherit. The hierarchy of pages is reverted to ‘flat’ and I cannot drag and drop the pages to where I want them to be.
