    Hi,
I installed the latest version of the plugin.
After I created a form by naming it, I published it.
I then set up the form and saved it.
I then edited the page where I wanted to display the form. I saved the page.
I attempted to view the page on my website, but it would not load.
I went back to the plugin and the information was gone.

When I deactivated the plugin, I expected that all of the code would be removed from WordPress. I discovered that when I installed the plugin again and activated it that the CSS code in General Settings/Edit Styles was still there.

I appreciate your help with this.

    Joe

    Hi,

It may be the form structure corrupted. I understand that you already got the solution in the plugin website support channel.

Thank you for using the plugin!

    Hi,

The problem has not been resolved. I update the PHP to the latest version.

Can you recommend what I should do next?

    Thanks.
