[Plugin: Code Insert Manager (Q2W3 Inc Manager)] Incorrect encoding on russian code name

    Hello!

    There are two ways to fix this problem:
    1. Unistall plugin completely. Download the latest version (2.3.1). Activate plugin.
    2. If the first method is not working. You need access to phpMyAdmin to manualy modify q2w3_inc_manager table. In the table’s structure there is a column – Collation. For all text and varchar fields collation must be utf8_general_ci. That will fix encoding problems.
