[Plugin: Comment Author Checklist] Use case in discription

Can you provide a Use case in the description of this plug-in?

I am trying to imagine why it would be used… I notice that you do WP in higher ed… so is this if a teacher is using WP and wants to maker sure that all the registered students have commented on a post?
