[Plugin: Comment Reply Notification] The email notification plugin

this plugin takes very long time to get notified through email.
I tried it on my site @ http://vsagar.com/students/2010/12/12/want-to-become-a-ham/comment-page-1/#comment-760 and tested it, but takes very long around 15 – 20 minutes to get the notification.
AND SOMETIMES SOME OF THE NOTIFICATIONS FAIL TO GET…
