I’m not sure what you mean by “be compatible with a Buddypress registration page” – the purpose of this plugin is to bypass the need for manual registration, allowing users to login instantly whether they’ve registered or not. Their profiles are filled out from Facebook, so they never fill out a registration page.

If you see destinationli.com/register, we have about five questions that are required for registration regardless of whether they login via the site or Facebook. I’m just wondering if that can be done using this plugin.

You mean can custom X-Profile fields be filled out with information from Facebook? Yes, there’s a section in the premium admin panel for that (also listed as the 5th bullet under the premium features in the docs – http://www.justin-klein.com/projects/wp-fb-autoconnect/)

Maybe the answer is too obvious to answer. Can I have users be required to fill out xprofile fields at registration that have nothing to do with Facebook, like what is your reason for joining or who referred you. This is what we do now, and want to maintain that if we allow Facebook login.

What you require your users to enter on the BP registration page has nothing at all to do with this plugin…

Our BP registration page requires a new user to choose a username and password. I guess this plugin can’t be used to replace that with a Facebook login instead.

No – the purpose of this plugin is to auto-create users. Manually creating users is outside the scope of the plugin.
