[Plugin: Comprehensive Google Map Plugin] Markers Disappearing from Sidebar Map

I love this plug in! It’s been perfect for my site. However, recently (maybe two weeks ago) markers have randomly appeared or disappeared on my map. Also I just posted a new post yesterday and while there is a map in the post itself, it wasn’t added to the map in the side bar.

I’ve tried re-coding posts that disappeared, but that didn’t work either. Can you please help or give some advice?
