• I installed and activated this plugin per the instructions. Unfortunately, once active, it caused all the forms generated by GravityForms to disappear from my site. The forms are inserted into pages via shortcodes, so I’m wondering if stripping out shortcodes for print optimization may have led to this conflict. Is there a way that certain shortcodes could be whitelisted so this plugin would ignore them?

    Hi,

Thanks for letting us know. It shouldn’t have any other effect on shortcodes. It doesn’t actually change any of the page content, it just gets the content through JavaScript for printing.

You could try deactivating the plugin in the settings page, and then adding it through the shortcode: [printicon align=”left”]

That way it’ll help us know whether it’s something in the automated element of the plugin, or whether it’s the shortcode itself.

    Thanks,
    Simon
