There is no screenshot, because no behaviour you can see. A drop down menu does not work. It would be best to contact the developers:

Hi,
Before checking compatibility with dokan theme.
Try this,
goto Support Plus > Advance Settings > Bootstrap Files and uncheck Bootstrap JS File
option.
