Plugin conflict

Hello,

I had this plugin installed. Now, i change the theme and the plugin get in conflict with it. If i let it activated, it change my sidebar.

If i dezactivate it.. it remove my thumbnails..

This is my blog http://www.stilmasculin.ro/, can you tell me how can i change something so i can have both? the sidebar and the thumbnails? 🙂
