• Hi,
I recently purchased a premium version of https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/html5-maps/ from flashop. The free plugin works fine, but when i uploaded this “worldcountries” zip, on its settings page it says at the top “Settings cache cannot be enabled because plugins directory is not writable”. I wrote to the author who thought this might have something to do with a caching plugin. So I disable your plugin temporarily to see if this fixed the problem, and then the countries map plugin completely disapeared from my list of plugins. Strange. Do you have any advice on how to proceed?
    thx in advance.

    Hi Dan,

Thats very strange for it to disappear. Have you tried uploading the worldcountries zip with MMR disabled?

    Hi,
I have now managed to install the plugin again. The problem is definitely a conflict with mmr, as when i deactivate mmr, i can view the map in “preview” mode. But when i reactivate mmr, it doesn’t show the page, and just shows the shortcode in brackets. (What i mean here is that you have to enter a shortcode e.g. [worldcountriesmap] on a page and it then displays a map).
Can I disable mmr for certain pages on a website?

    Hi,
how do i ignore the following js files: map.js and raphael.min.js?
The plugin author of the maps has recommended they not be minified.

    HI,
do I have to enter the path? e.g websitename/wp-content/plugins/….map.js?

    Hi,

To ignore those files have a look at the path for them in the logs. If you include the full path that is listed there then it should ignore those files.
