We are using another plugin called Progress Maps (via Codecanyon). It seems that when your plugin (Draw Attention) is activated, it causes the tabs/navigation within that plugin’s settings to not work. I’ve reached out to the developer of that plugin, and they mentioned:

Just checked your test site. The problem is due to the fact that “Draw attention” is loading its files on every page and this creates a conflict with our plugin and any other plugin that uses the same settings API (CMB2). My recommendations to fix this issue is to contact the plugin author and to ask them to do the following updates in the plugin:

    1. Update CMB2 from 2.0.8 to the latest version 2.7.0
    2. To prevent loading the plugin files & CMB2 anywhere in the administration.

Otherwise, nothing can be done from my side to fix this issue.

    Hello @freshyjon ,

Thanks for letting us know. I had thought we weren’t loading our plugin code on every page, but we’ll double-check that and get it fixed if that’s the case.

Hi Jon, I’ve looked into the conflict and have a potential fix that may work, but I’d like to test it with you. Could you email us [email protected] when you get a chance?

    Thanks,
    Nathan

@freshyjon I got your email and replied but got a soft bounce, so please follow up from an alternate email address if you didn’t get a reply from us
