Do you receive this error message?:
“There has been a critical error on your website.”

which will tell you how you can make your website create a log about the real error message. If for some reason your WordPress wouldn’t create a log, you should follow the 1st method instead:

which should surely work.

You should search for a “fatal error” message, to see what makes your website’s codes to stop. Please tell me what error message do you find!
