Plugin conflict …

    Hi, I have problem with the comment box. On some pages/posts it appears and on others there is no way to make it shwo up.

    I kept checking the plugins and here is a very strange result:
    On my live site I have theme X and 16 Plugins activated and the comment box does not show on certain posts. On my test installation I have the same theme and the same 16 plugins activated PLUS 6 plugins more – and the comment box appears without any problmes.

    Now my questions:
    1. Is it possible that a activated plugin prevents an issue created by another plugin?

    2. Is it possible that plugins that are installed but de-activated create issues?
