Plugin conflict (I think)

Hello! I recently got a new plugin called Canvas that I installed. It is from here:

When I have it and your plugin active on the same page, your “floating” icon to comment does not show up. When I deactivate their plugin, it comes back. Not sure what to do to fix it. I am holding off on the purchase of your add-ons until I can figure this out.

The page I have listed currently has both active on it, so your floating icon is missing.
