• Hello everyone,

after several days of testing I can confirm that the Mailpoet plugin conflicts with the Ba-Booking Everything plugins.

Specifically, we have the problem in the last step of the booking process. The last click on the “Complete Order” button doesn’t work.

I think it is a setting related to sending emails, as both plugins can send emails.

Disabling Mailpoets solves the problem and the booking process is ok.

Please someone tell me how I can solve this using both plugins.

    Thank you.

    Hi there @donlisander,

As WordPress is founded on the idea of open source code, plugins often have different authors and that can lead to conflicts of this nature. Sometimes two plugins just step on each others’ toes too much and don’t work well together.

We do not have the resources to ensure that MailPoet is compatible with all other plugins, unfortunately.

If you do require both plugins, we would recommend reaching out to a custom developer to take a look at them both and determine if a custom fix can be implemented to help them work together.

Alternately, you could consider replacing your bookings plugin with something that is also developed with Automattic and would be compatible, such as WooCommerce Bookings.
