    Hello,

The plugin was working fine and all of the sudden it removes the bottom half of my website when activated. Is there a way to figure out how and why? This is by far the best events plugin and would truly like to use it. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciate.

    Thanks so much!!

I assume by your issue title here that you have already tested for conflicts but just in case: http://docs.simplecalendar.io/troubleshooting-theme-plugin-widget-conflicts/

To try and see what the actual error is you could try checking your error logs. Do you have a link to a page with a calendar where I can see this issue in action?

    Hi Nick,

There wasn’t anything in the error log when I checked. Set the WPDEBUG to True and did not see anything. But after a little more digging, the problem only came about when I used the list view shortcode on the homepage. I’d created 2 calendars, list view and basic calendar view. The homepage is fine when the calendar view shortcode is used inside a VC text module, when when changed to the list view, the bottom of the page just disappears; the page stops below the slider.

Any ideas what could cause this? I’ve tried changing the settings around but same result.

    Thanks!

    Hi again,

THe problem was in the parameters of the shortcode. Specifically, the [add-to-gcal] that made the error occur. Once it was removed, it works fine.

    Thanks!

Is the [add-to-gcal] from another plugin?

Either way, glad you got it resolved!
