    Greetings!

I’ve been using SeedProd’s “Coming Soon” plugin for a while now with no issues, but recently ran into one once I installed the Boxzilla plugin. There seems to be a plugin conflict here that I’m unsure how to resolve.

    What’s happening now:

I have the Coming Soon plugin activated and enabled to show a special page that overrides the default Twenty Seventeen theme. It works fine on its own, but the Boxzilla plugin will not show the box I have set up for users upon landing. If I deactivate the Coming Soon plugin, however, the box displays. I have written the plugin’s author and this was what he said:

“Yeah, I don’t see any of the Boxzilla code on the page. Check with the Boxzilla author if there is a way to manually implement it or if there is a different hook beside wp_head and wp_footer he is using.”

Is there any possible insight you can provide here? I’d be happy to create temporary Admin access to the backend if you need it.

    Thanks!

    Hi Jeff,

Do you have any box rules set up that limits the pages on which your Boxzilla box is loaded?

Specifically, Boxzilla uses the wp_footer hook to load its JavaScript files but only on pages where the box should actually be loaded. This depends on your “Load this box…” setting.
