Plugin conflict with contact forms

    We have been using and enjoying this plugin but suddenly we have this issue:

    When Alpine is activated, AND when our contact form plugin is activated, one of our sidebars will not display, as well as the entire footer section.

    Deactivating our contact form plugin (leaving Alpine active) makes the sidebar and footer display.

    When Alpine is deactivated (contact form activated) all is well, both the sidebar and footer display.

    We have tried both “contact form 7” and “fast secure contact form.”

    WordPress, Alpine and contact form plugins are all up to date.

    You are not the first person to notice a conflict with contact form plugins. Unfortunately, I have tested the plugin with both “contact form 7” and “fast secure contact form” and I cannot reproduce the error you are describing. Can you give me any more specific details? Does the error occur when using the default wordpress themes? What theme are you using? Are there certain form settings that might cause the problem?
    There is probably a single line of code causing the problem, but I just cannot find it. Sorry I have not been more helpful.

    Thanks for your quick reply 🙂

    The theme is Genesis with the child theme “Metric.” There’s a chance that it’s another plugin altogether that’s causing the problem I suppose. All was fine but then we moved to a new server and also updated WP. I updated Genesis to see if that would help but it did not.
